The Company

In 1993, Roland Robitaille and Claudette Gagnon founded Communications Promo-Tel, one of the first firms specializing in on-hold message recording. 15 years later, Nicolas Robitaille, son of the founder, took over the company. Over time, the team began to design and manufacture its own custom devices.
Nominated several times at the Gala de la restauration de Québec as supplier of the year, by its involvement with several companies in the field, Promotel won the award at the 23rd edition of the gala.
In 2012, the company changed its look by adopting a new visual signature and a distinctive positioning: Promotel, in tune with your business.
Always celebrating in a big way, Promotel highlights such important anniversaries by launching both original events and advertising offensives. In fact, the deployment of the "Your call is important to us" campaign in 2017 caused quite a stir in the industry! Promotel stands out as a bold company that is not afraid to show its satirical side.
